NOMAD-FS | Field Services 
Field service technicians use NOMAD-FS to record maintenance activities on a mobile device. NOMAD-FS allows your facilities workforce to optimize their time, beginning to end. At NOMAD we have created a series of user friendly forms for quick access to record maintenance and inspection data, repairs, resource consumption, and updates to asset information at the point-of-activity.
These forms are easily customizable to suit your business workflows and have the ability to connect to multiple data sources. The flexibility allows you to control data flows to and from the devices. NOMAD-FS, as well as each of our products, utilize existing network, communications and IWMS infrastructure to deploy mobile wireless devices to field service technicians.
Utilizing NOMAD-FS allows users to:

Receive new work orders and updates directly to their mobile, wireless device as soon as they are dispatched

Create new work orders, update information on-the-fly and send back to the host automatically

Record resource consumption at the point-of-activity, including time, parts and other costs required to complete work

Prioritize service tickets in the field and communicate status updates to the customer in real-time

Transmit updates, completion status and closed service tickets to the host IWMS immediately
